I’m lucky to have found this dealership! I was very nervous since I was purchasing my first car, I initially met with the manager Peter Pazmino who immediately made me feel comfortable and I was very nervous since I was purchasing my first car, I initially met with the manager Peter Pazmino who immediately made me feel comfortable and assured me I was in good hands. He was patient and took the time to learn about my lifestyle/situation and what I was looking for in a vehicle. I then started working with Alanna Lopez, and she was AMAZING! I knew nothing about cars and was a bit overwhelmed at first, but she explained the process of leasing and financing so well to me that I felt I could make the best decision for myself. Alanna was personable and so attentive throughout the whole process. With her, everything felt easy. Everyone at Paragon Acura was welcoming and friendly. Thank you for the best experience! More

Today, I had a very disappointing experience at this place. I inquired about a car and explained that I commute from NJ to NY, emphasizing that I couldn’t come unless there was an initial agreement for place. I reiterated this request multiple times over the phone and confirmed it with the salesperson. Despite this, when I arrived, I was told tha by Alana that my sales rep should Brian but he was busy. She discussed the sales with me and then told me we couldn’t discount the car that much. After commuting three hours and leaving work early, I’m extremely upset and disappointed. More
