Today, I had a very disappointing experience at this place. I inquired about a car and explained that I commute from NJ to NY, emphasizing that I couldn’t come unless there was an initial agreement for place. I reiterated this request multiple times over the phone and confirmed it with the salesperson. Despite this, when I arrived, I was told tha by Alana that my sales rep should Brian but he was busy. She discussed the sales with me and then told me we couldn’t discount the car that much. After commuting three hours and leaving work early, I’m extremely upset and disappointed. More
