Although I’ve had less than stellar experiences with their sales department, the service department is another story. Daniel, my service advisor, is great! Bought the truck on the 12th, brought it be for the liner to get done on the 17th. We just got it back today, the 27th. Raul is a very nice person but your liner people suck. THREE times it had to be correct to get done on the 17th. We just got it back today, the 27th. Raul is a very nice person but your liner people suck. THREE times it had to be corrected AND they hit or scuffed something on the front bumper. That was corrected thank goodness. Overall, we would never recommend going to your place to get a truck. Sad for Cowboy Allen, who was amazing, and Raul, who prides himself on his work and reputation. More
