As a disabled combat veteran (OIF/OEF) , they donated all of their extra time and money to help modify my new car to make it handicap accessible. Unlike most dealerships, they didn't quit after the sale was completed but they continued to provide the best care and to make sure I was completely satisfied with my experience. It was one of my best experiences I had with a dealership in such a long time. It's nice to feel loved and valued by Americans such as the Sam Pack Ford family. From the first day that I walked into your store on June 9th to test drive one of your Ford Focuses to the day that I purchased the 2017 Ford Escape on June 18th, the customer service these gentlemen showed me was outstanding! I didn't have to haggle with them on the price of either of the vehicles. I had the monthly payment amounts within 15-20 minutes. That is one thing I don't like about other dealerships. You go in and test drive vehicles and 3 hours later you come out with one. I told Jose right up front that's not what I wanted to do and he didn't do that at all. They were all extremely helpful. I never expected to get that level of service from a huge car dealership like Sam Pack, but that's exactly what I received. Everything about the experience was top notch, even the price. I called a family friend (that also sells Fords) in another state and asked about the quoted price. My friend told me "Son, I've known you for your whole life and that's a good deal. My salesperson Alan Reynolds had my car ready to test drive, when I arrived for my appointment. He did a great job showing me the car and assisting me with purchase. His manager Jose Garcia came out to greet me prior to my test drive. The people at the dealership were very professional, polite and personable. The car was exactly what I wanted, so the descriptions and photos were very accurate. Justin in finance got me a better rate than my bank did and a great price as well. I met Alexandra for accessories. She was very nice and professional. Not at all pushy, so I got the accessories that I wanted. She was also very honest in explaining price points. It was a very efficient, pleasant experience. Not at all what I was am used to. I was out in a timely manner with the vehicle I wanted. Would definitely recommend this dealership to others, and I would return for future vehicle purchases. Thanks so much for a great experience. More

I cannot wait for all their construction to be complete so I can visit their service department. I picked up my first lease vehicle from them on Friday.
