Had an engine failure while on the road from Florida. Alan at Midlothian took care of my vehicle in a timely and professional manner. This dealership was amazing. I recently bought a new to me 2011 sprinter from a less than reputable dealership. I brought it in for service and Cheyne in the service department d I recently bought a new to me 2011 sprinter from a less than reputable dealership. I brought it in for service and Cheyne in the service department didn’t bat an eye at what is probably the ugliest fan they’ve seen in years. He still treated me as if it was a brand new model and bath and night at how old my Bam was. Dealership kept constant contact with me while the work was being done and call me when my van is ready to be picked up. They gave me a full service report of what was done, and everyone who I interacted with was amazing. More
