Alan texted me almost daily letting me know about the status of the car, as the vehicle was coming from the manufacturer. It was a month definitely worth waiting. Alan was super easy to communicate with, very personable guy, professional, and incredibly helpful. I absolutely love my new car and I am incredibly thankful for all involved. I dealt with a couple of Toyota dealerships in Phoenix, as I do live out here, the service is NO WHERE NEAR as good as it is Prescott. At Findlay in Prescott, you will get the respect that you deserve, as you should, cars aren’t cheap. In Phoenix/Tempe? Forget it. Don’t waste your time or energy. Thank you Alan!! More
