Buying our new RAV4 from Findlay Toyota was a easy peasy. When we started the process our new Ruby color RAV4 was on a train coming across the country. Alan Hover stayed in touch with us everyday emailing us where our car was at. When it finally arrived in Prescott Alan stayed in touch with us as all the prep was done to pick up the car and then educated us on the new features on the car when we picked it up. We were very pleased with Findlay and AlanHoover and wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them. More

Was doing a search on a new truck in the area, went to Findlay GMC and Findlay Toyotoa (Prescott) for a look. Drove a couple of GMC's then headed over to the Toyota folks. Was introduced to Alan 'Hoov' Ho Findlay GMC and Findlay Toyotoa (Prescott) for a look. Drove a couple of GMC's then headed over to the Toyota folks. Was introduced to Alan 'Hoov' Hoover who pointed us in the direction of a couple of Tundras, did a drive in them and came back impressed with the vehicles. Asked Hoov to try and find one with exactly what we were looking for and he went to work. Found a few with similar options, but not the exact model/features, looked to see what was in the pipeline, no luck. Went back to work on the first unit we drove and helped us hammer out the details of the deal. Signed the papers a couple of days later and drove away pretty darn satisified. Thanks Hoov and the Findlay team! More

I stopped by to check out a car I saw while driving by. Alan was absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
