excellent service dept. manny franco was very helpful getting things taken care of and texting me and helping with follow up that i needed, before i even came in. repair tec manny franco was very helpful getting things taken care of and texting me and helping with follow up that i needed, before i even came in. repair tech did a great job diagnosing leak issue, difficult to find i think. russ shuttle driver was great. that shuttle service really helps bring a car in for service when you don't have someone available to pick you back up. josh in sales really was knowledgeable answering all my new vehicle mystery questions. and i wish the new electric wagoneer sport had a regular gas hurricane engine available now. thanks jeepers. More

I’m sorry it doesn’t have the option for zero stars. First salesperson lied constantly, talked bad about other customers in front of us and then sold me a different car on paper. He would have noticed t First salesperson lied constantly, talked bad about other customers in front of us and then sold me a different car on paper. He would have noticed this if he actually walked me to the car but he was too busy trying to sell another couple. After bringing it in 5 days later to service for something I had told him about while test driving it, they lied to me and basically took the car. I was told “computers were down”. The lies kept going and they suck at lying! Someone would call me in 30 minutes. And hour and a half later I heard from the salesperson. Who asked if I wanted the 3rd row. Wha??? Uh yeah. When I laughed he said I’m glad you can laugh because “I’m xxxxting me pants right now”. Said he made a big mistake and then never called me back. I called and had to leave a message with the sales manager. Who never called me back. Next day I had to wait for a ride to the dealership bc I had no car. Luckily the GM was there who temporarily fixed my issues. Gave me the car I was show and paid for but then I had to deal with the service department. I had a loner while they fixed my car. This is a very long story filled with lies and then more lies. Not one person actually delivered on any promises They say they’ll call you back. They give excuse after excuse. I was actually told my car was being worked on at one point. They must forget the app says when the car last moved. Drove by and took a picture of it sitting in the lot. Where it was for 5+ weeks! Never touched once. Once it was finally done I had to ask what was actually done and wanted a print out. Was told parts were on back order. Lies! I ran the parts. There was no back order. I have told several people not to go there. Everyone has lied from the top down. There’s so much more to this story but the only reason I wrote this is bc my original post was being removed bc it was too short. So hears the short version of my horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and drive to another, dealership. I wish I did!!! More
