Purchasing a brand-new vehicle should be an exciting and seamless experience, and it’s clear we fell short of that expectation. Lot damage should have been properly addressed before delivery, and it’s unacceptable that you had to repeatedly follow up to have repairs completed. Additionally, returning your vehicle with unfinished repairs and a front bumper that does not match in color is not the standard of quality we aim to provide.
