The experience, from the initial contact through the vehicle pick up, was outstanding. All of the individuals that I dealt with were professional, respectful and knew their product. The negotiations went smoothly. I didn't get all that I wanted but neither the dealer. My initial impression of the car is very favorable. I traded in a 2012 Acura TL and this is IMO a better automobile. As as FYI, I did a lot of research on this and other vehicles prior to buying. So far, so good. We had a wonderful purchase experience with Hoffman Lexus. All of the sales people, Norbert, Sebastian and Al, were professional and helpful to getting the exact car, at the price we desired. The Service Department is well organized and treat us well. Easy to get service appointments, service keeps us well informed on what service is being done and when the car will be ready for pickup. Easy to get a loner car when needed. Best to call a week in advance to insure a loaner is reserved and waiting for you. We recommend Hoffman Lexus to anyone who wants to have a hassle free purchase and service experience. More

This is the second time that I have worked with Tom, he understands what a customer wants, and how to keep a client coming back. I particularly appreciate how he treated me as a female client, realizing th understands what a customer wants, and how to keep a client coming back. Even though I was a total pain and uncharacteristically indecisive during the car search, Tom just kept looking harder for what I wanted. This was the BEST car purchase experience that I have ever had! What a difference in attitude and approach to the sale has occurred at Hoffman Lexus since I last dealt with them in 1992. I purchased my SC300 from another dealership because of their poor customer approach. I then purchased my second Lexus out of state. So, it was with a degree of intrepidation that I came to your dealership to see if anything had changed in 19 years. It certainly has for the better! Don Salierno was very easy to get information from about the various vehicles we were interested in, options, pricing, etc. He did not give us a sense of being aggressive or disinterested in our multiple questions. He was very pleasant and gave us a lot of his time to get through the process. Most importantly, when I asked him to get the best and final price, he did so quickly on the first round. He knew that we had shopped other dealerships as well as the internet for comparative prices. He met our expectations nicely. Never did I feel that we were being hustled to purchase what we did not want nor need. He listened well and responded appropriately. Al Ramos was very informative with all of the options we needed to consider relative to financing and extended warranty. He never made us feel under pressure to purchase, but was factual to present the merits of each package. He had prepared all of our purchase, title and registration information in a very accurate and timely manner. It was a very efficient process. These are the reasons why I gave the highest rating to Hoffman Lexus and these two employees. They exceeded my expectations on the purchase process, and have given me a renewed perspective on what a modern auto dealership can do to change its culture to be very customer friendly. I will definitely recommend and use Hoffman Lexus in the future. More

This experience was by far the BEST I've ever had looking for a new car. Tom Ryan went above and beyond to get the deal done for us and to make sure we were happy. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and consid for a new car. Tom Ryan went above and beyond to get the deal done for us and to make sure we were happy. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and considerate. He took the time to help us on a VERY busy day and followed through on the entire deal. On the day of pickup, he stayed late to accomodate our schedule, took his time to go through the entire car with me and did not rush me out. Alexandro was also helpful, considerate of our limited time, and knowledgeable when we met to sign for our deal. We had previously had a Lexus from this dealership, switched to a Mercedes and are now back in a Lexus. After this experience, I will ALWAYS be in a LEXUS and will only deal with TOM RYAN!! I must say that Sal Guerrera treated me like family. He was welcoming, professional, and attentive. He made sure I was well taken care as evidenced by explaining all of the options available to me. The thing I really was touched about was the level of caring he showed me and seemed to look out for my best interest every step of the way. Overall, from the manager, Sebastian, to the finance specialist, Alejandro Ramos, they treated me like I mattered. I would recommend each staff member at Hoffman Lexus since this experience. I beleive that Sal Guerrera is genuinely one of those unique individuals who truly takes commitment to excellence to whole new level. Mr. Jeffrey Hoffman was also key in this process because he helped make my dreams become a reality. I have the car I always wanted and it was because they advocated for me every step of the way. After receiving sub standard service from New Country Lexus of Westport. My boyfriend who resides in Wolcott suggested I try Hoffman Lexus. He said he's heard great things. He's right all the way. From the first day I spoke with Chaz I received exemplary white glove service. Please note, Chaz has been there for 17 years!!!!Honestly, the closest Lexus dealer is five minutes away. Hoffman is about 70 miles away. Trust me, it's worth every mile of the drive. Lexus of Westport is where I bought my first two cars. So it would have been a reasonable progression to go the New Country Lexus (Big Mistake). No tenured staff. All the great people left like Charlie who I believe is in New Haven and Neal who is in White Plains (found that out after my deal). Not only is the staff mediocre they still have not continued to stay in contact with me. Jay who is with New Country said he's been there for 14 months and it's a temp job, ughh really!!! After speaking with the charismatic GM Mike, the service level didn't improve. In fact, he who had me work with the same awful sales rep!! Enough about them, after investing in Lexus for almost ten years. Like me, I'm sure you demand exceptional service. Trust me,Hoffman Lexus of Hartford serves no less. Alejjandro has a phenomenal business relationship with the banks. He's been there foe 10 years. Diamond service all the way, tell them, MarLinda sent you!! More
