Thank you very much for this, but honestly, this has really disappointed me. I thought they were professional people, but what was shown was quite the opposite.
I never like to speak ill of people or service agencies, but when someone asks me about their services, I will only share my experience. Fortunately, I was able to gather evidence of my experience.

I took my 2025 Rogue in for its 10,000-mile maintenance
(it only had 9,600 miles) because I was going on a trip. When they finished the oil change and tire rotation, they told me that the brake fluid neede

I asked why, since the vehicle had less than 10,000 miles. I had purchased a maintenance plan that the finance manager offered me when I bought the car, but unfortunately, he only mentioned it and never showed it to me; I trusted his word. They showed me the plan, and it didn't include the brake fluid change. Later, the service staff (Adrian) told me that they had authorized the service and that it would take 30 minutes. I saw them move my vehicle, but instead of taking it into the workshop, they parked it in the back lot. I saw Adrian, and he told me they would get to it in a little while.
It's unfortunate how they deceive people; they say they'll perform a service, but they don't, and then they still charge you for it. Terrible car dealership.

I did not receive great communication from Adrian, and I had to connect with another advisor. China always communicated as much as possible. She was very helpful and the calm in the chaos happening with my vehicle. She consistently maintained a positive tone even when the conversation became hard, and she did not have the right words to say. I understood that a lot of things were out of her control. Alexandra was very personable and encouraging as well when helping with getting in and out of a rentals.
