I am very grateful to the service department for their determining exactly what was wrong with my Nissan 370 Z hood release mechanism!! I am also very grateful that they got that mechanism replaced, and determining exactly what was wrong with my Nissan 370 Z hood release mechanism!! I am also very grateful that they got that mechanism replaced, and corrected properly, so that my hood now closes easily, opens easily, and stays closed!!! This dealership seriously has issues with doing what they say. Notorious for delays, I have complained over and over an issues that started in September 2024, now it’s February 2025 with no real resolution. say. Notorious for delays, I have complained over and over an issues that started in September 2024, now it’s February 2025 with no real resolution. My car was supposed to be sent to Hyundai dealer. Had a rental for a week after being on the waiting lists for 5 Mts. Only to find out that they never took the car anywhere. My hand are up here and I’m over it. Thanks to Justin, one of the service managers for helping put the issue. More

The service department does as well as any vehicle dealership. They do excel however, in providing updated information pertaining to requested repairs resulting in customer satisfaction. I've experienced a recurring problem with the phone charging tray. This problem appears to be the Achilles heel of the Nissan vehicle line. My vehicle is currently at the dealership awaiting corrective action on this recurring issue. Don Davis Nissan has treated me well and, that's why I return. They've serviced my last Nissan (16 Altima 3.5sl) when I moved to the area and I've always been comfortable going there and purchased my new vehicle from Don Davis Nissan. I will be more pleased once the current malfunction is corrected, by the highly skilled Nissan Service Department and I'm once again able to enjoy the experience of being a delighted carefree Nissan vehicle owner!😀 😄 More
