Adnan Hassan was amazing!!! I went in to just get my faulty airbags replaced. It was an early monday morning appt when noone really wants to be at work. Adnan greeted me as soo I went in to just get my faulty airbags replaced. It was an early monday morning appt when noone really wants to be at work. Adnan greeted me as soon as I walked in witha big smile on his face. He got my info, asked if there was anything else he xould help with oil change etc. I mentioned my driver door handle was having issues but was something I would deal with later. He showed me where I could wait, where the snacks and coffee were, the quiet room and pointed out the restrooms. When he returned to get me a little over an hour later (about 45 minutes earlier than I expected) it was with that same amazing smile and friendliness. He even had asked the mechanic about my door handle and gave me a price range for it. The whole place was wonderfully clean and bright. I have rarely been treated with so much kindness anywhere, let alone at a car delearship. Adnan is a rare jewel in the customer service industry and I will be back when I need something just because of him. More

Sales and nasty attitude First my recall service spot was confirmed by a sales rep, who left a generic voicemail that caused me to call back, just to try to be sold(Conor). When I arrived the service tech did not great me at the car, instead he was inside sitting playing a video game on his cell (don’t know his name because he never introduced himself) . He had ZERO customers service skills, not friendly or welcoming (would have walked away if I had to pay for the service, instead of recall). The only nice experience I had was with the overly nice person (Adnan) who found me to give me my keys at the end. I am shocked at my overall experience, would not recommend this center. Will go to other dealerships in future. More

Customer service has always been top notch and the staff have all been awesome. They are very knowledgeable, detail oriented and personable. They have been very open and honest with me about my car and I appreciate that so much and it definitely helps build trust. I see the same team members each time I come and that says alot to me. The same goes to sales. I have purchased 3 cars from Tynan's and its been a great experience each time. I have never felt that I was being scammed, decieved, pressured, or rushed. I have always been given honest feedback. I dont feel like I have to do my "homework" beforehand in case they try to trick me and take my money where I am ignorant. The trade in value I was given here was higher than what I was informed my car's value to be at other sites. We were pleasantly suprised by this. Even after a purchase, I dont have any regrets or lingering thoughts that I could have gotten a better deal elsewhere. I just see in the staff's mannerisms and actions that they have done everything possible to assure me that I got a really good deal. I never doubted that. They really take good care of their customers. I am so happy to have gotten to know this place and that I have a reliable place to come to for my car's needs. Thank you Tynan's Nissan sales, finance and service staff. More

I was able to use this information and found I could purchase my first brand new car. The sales staff I worked with were knowledgeable and friendly,and the whole experience was painless.
