We did not buy a car from this dealership. We were close. The vib of this dealership is not for everyone. We've had two other friends who said in the last year they walked into the dealership and walked out after 5 minutes because it wasn't the experience they were looking for. Like I said we were close to making a deal but two things led to us walking out the door: 1st gentlemen in the cowboy hat who came to do the final negotiation was not good. I was ready to leave when he sat down. 2nd the young lady who was supposed to be an insurance expert was anything but an expert. We loved the car but our business has to be earned. More

This would have been my 4th SUV with this dealership. It went well at first but then came the sales tactics in full force. I would buy here again if I didn’t get the same finance guy. “Just finish signing. It’s not legally binding until you take the keys and drive off of the lot.” Maybe he doesn’t know what a signature means. Adan was the man! Highly recommend this dealership. They will get you a car that you want so I will be back to get that new car. More
