The first visit was very timely, but this visit was just fine. I appreciate Adam’s willingness, courtesy and loyalty to his customers. He has all the knowledge and ability to do his job well. Although I did some mechanic work back in the past, I’m kind of out of the computer age. I did everything old school. I think everyone is nice and the service department is great. When I bought my car a year ago, I said I didn’t want a warranty/insurance with Ally, but I was highly pressured to buy it for $2700. I ended great. When I bought my car a year ago, I said I didn’t want a warranty/insurance with Ally, but I was highly pressured to buy it for $2700. I ended up relenting and agreeing so that I could stop arguing and get my car. This was a mistake, as the warranty/insurance with Ally is useless. I have tried to use them (Ally) but they will not work with the mechanics at the place in my hometown because they try to relentlessly negotiate prices instead of just paying what they think they should pay and let me pay the rest. The mechanics told me that they would not be able to work with Ally and I could take my car somewhere else even though the parts to repair were covered, according to Ally. I couldn’t find a mechanic that would deal with Ally’s phone holds, hang-ups and relentless negotiating with mechanics who are just trying to get the car fixed. So, I payed for it myself, even though it was covered under my plan that I paid $2700 for when I bought the car. The service department at the dealership was understanding and great. They did a good job. More

Adam Soler is an Amazing Service Representative at Clay Cooley Arlington. Each time I visit I'm greeted by name (Mr. Anderson). My vehicle is always serviced very well. Quick service. Always cleaned after Cooley Arlington. Each time I visit I'm greeted by name (Mr. Anderson). My vehicle is always serviced very well. Quick service. Always cleaned after my vehicle has been serviced. All services that my car receives are explained. If Adam is not at work. Mrs Jo or Jesse take very good care of me.
