Dave replied within a couple of minutes on Sunday regarding the pricing and availability. I got all the information required from him within a very short period of time on a holiday which amused me so much. This was a deciding factor to take the vehicle from him. He even accommodated me to see the vehicle the very next day. I could complete the purchase within a short time on the same day. He was very patient and clarified each and every part of the deal. This starts with George Hill, the General Manager, and is then reflected in the Sales person I worked with , Martin Menzies, knowledgeable and delighted to answer any questions you have, and Pete Jolly from Service. 4 hours before I picked up my car I emailed Erinwood to say I wanted to add a set of snow tires they had on offer. As it was December 17th and everyone wanted to change over their tires I fully expected I would need to make a return visit to get this done, but no, I got a return reply confirming that the tires would be on the car when I picked it up. I had visited two other Ford dealers before I arrived at Erinwood Ford and I am extremely happy I took this extra step. If you are in the market for a car I would encourage you to visit Erinwood.
