Called in yesterday to purchase a vehicle, we agreed on price, I had them run my credit which is great. Next morning, vehicle had a bad carfax when I was told it was good….we again agreed on numbers and I price, I had them run my credit which is great. Two hours later I get a call saying they now had a customer in the store and they were going to now sell it to them. So they cheated me out of a deal due to lack of communication and due diligence and I’m left with a wasted credit inquiry on my file because their sales manager Adam is greedy and lazy! Absolutely terrible dealership! More
