I had an amazing experience from the moment I sent an email through CarGurus inquiring about a 2019 Alfa Romeo Quadrifoglio. Dana responded in an instant, and within a couple of hours she had provided m email through CarGurus inquiring about a 2019 Alfa Romeo Quadrifoglio. Dana responded in an instant, and within a couple of hours she had provided me with a custom made video showcasing the vehicle and detailing every single spot of interest. I knew I wanted the car, but what I didn’t know is that I was about to have a dealership experience unlike any other that I’ve had before. I have spent my fair share of time at car dealerships, I’ve gone through the purchase/lease process more times than I can remember. I’ll say this… whatever preconceived notions you may have about car dealerships, you might as well leave them at the door when it comes to CBB. They are the antithesis of your standard car dealership. They are genuinely helpful and pleasant, unlike the typical car dealer where the pleasantries just seem phony. At CBB, there is no attempt to price-gouge or up/sell. No need to haggle or do the back and forth price battle where the salesperson walks off to the water-cooler to stand alone for 3 minutes while they tell you they’re talking to their manager. No, that’s all a thing of the past at CBB. Instead, everything is very straight forward, transparent, and professional. Over the course of the 2 day process, they were quick to answer any questions or concerns I had about the car or the deal, and they addressed every single detail I brought to their attention. What struck me as phenomenal and different from every other dealer is that they really go the extra mile to make sure the car is as close to ‘New’ as possible. And they’re pretty dang good at it. My 4 year old Quadrifoglio with 21k miles on it looks like it just came off the factory floor. They even replaced the front brakes of the car, which is something I never would have expected a dealer to do before selling a vehicle. At most, your average dealer would just acknowledge that the car needs new brakes and maybe reduce the price a little; but that’s it. At CBB, they operate on a different level. It was really apparent how much they value their business, their reputation, their product, and their Brand. As Dana told me, “we don’t sell junk.” As weird as it sounds: it is just a pleasant car buying experience, I can’t emphasize that enough. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else now when buying a car. I most certainly won’t when shopping for an exotic! This may very well be the best dealership in the country. Thank you so much, guys!
