The reason for visiting the service center was a failure of the vehicle’s navigation system. Check in was a bit slow. In about 1 hours time the issue was diagnosed and a plan to fix generated which was comm of the vehicle’s navigation system. Check in was a bit slow. In about 1 hours time the issue was diagnosed and a plan to fix generated which was communicated by the technician via texted video! The part needed was in stock and repair time estimated to require remainder of the day so a loaner car was issued which was greatly appreciated. Updates on repair completion were excellent via the service rep. Returned next day to retrieve vehicle and waited nearly 20 minutes to complete that effort. Overall, very satisfied with the service center but there is room to improve the efficiency of the check in and check out process. More

Parking sensors on front bumpers were malfunctioning on CPO 2020 530 we purchased from dealership. Brought car in and left for analysis. Adam kindly arranged for me to have a ride home. I had trouble for a few hrs finally connecting with him. He told me the repair would not be covered by warranty because the car was in an accident. I told him I had not been in any accident. He said he'd check the car fax and get back to me. After checking the car fax he told me both bumpers had been repaired/ painted over before I took possession of the car. I told him I was told at point of sale the car had a clean car fax. He said he couldn't speak for sales. While we're happy the repair will be covered under warranty the experience hasn't left us feeling high on the dealership. More

You sold me a very expensive car with a bad fuel pump . Came in to get a new tire sat there for 4 hours . After you give it back has a check Engine light on . You send me home w the light still on . Nothin Came in to get a new tire sat there for 4 hours . After you give it back has a check Engine light on . You send me home w the light still on . Nothing but terrible experience from you guys . Pretty disappointed to be honest. You spend that kind of money on a vehicle I shouldn't have to deal with all of the errors on your part. More

Adam was very helpful and tried to expedite the work. Only had an oil change but still spent 2.5 hours waiting for it. They have market premium adjustments they add to the cost of purchasing a car. This is a great dealership. I used them my entire time in FL.
