The service department is not customer friendly. Unfortunately I would need to drive even farther out of my way to have work done on my Volkswagen as it is I drive an hour to get here. Adam and the dealership went above and beyond for our VW purchase! Due to the dealership not having an in transit tag (PA), to make it right, they came to my house to have me sign and then took the paperwor purchase! Due to the dealership not having an in transit tag (PA), to make it right, they came to my house to have me sign and then took the paperwork to the tag and title to get everything so that I could pick up my car that day! Adam even came in on his day off to deliver my car. The staff was very accommodating and polite. I will definitely go back for my next vehicle due to exceptional service given. More
