It’s been over a month, my temp plate is long expired, and they have told me on three separate occasions that the plate has shipped. My salesperson won’t call me back. For the amount of money I paid for the vehicle and the zero effort that the dealership needed to make for the sale…. I’d give them zero stars if it was option . So I have a beautiful vehicle sitting in my driveway I can’t drive. Management is “never available” Go anywhere else More

Everyone was so nice and accommodating here. So many nice touches that made my experience a positive one. They were super fair with my trade in, and very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend! This is hands down, the worst experience I have ever encountered with a dealership and I own 6 cars!! I have documentation via text and e-mail to support every claim I am making. I first contacted Aaron encountered with a dealership and I own 6 cars!! I have documentation via text and e-mail to support every claim I am making. I first contacted Aaron Stokes regarding a used Lexus they had for sale. Aaron did not respond to e-mails, had horrible to no follow-up etc. I spoke to him on a Saturday and voiced my concern. He apologized, made some excuses and said he would follow-up with his used car manager on Monday and call me that day. Monday came and went and finally, on Thursday, I called the dealership and explained the experience with Aaron. They seemed concerned so had another agent contact me. Her name is Zahraa Amhaz. She contacted me apologizing and claiming that was very unusual for Aaron to be so unresponsive. I met with her that day, drove the vehicle and had a follow-up question that I texted her on Saturday,. She did not respond at all. On the following Monday, I again texted her telling her I would like to proceed with the purchase and would like to discuss price. She NEVER even responded.....absolutely unbelievable!! I would steer clear of Audi Farmington Hills and their team. Very unprofessional and buyer beware!! Can you imagine that if this is the experience when you are trying to purchase a vehicle from them, what will the experience be like if there is an issue? They are part of the Suburban Collection which is now owned by Lithia. I am going to reach out to one of the VP's at Lithia and see how they respond. Stay tuned! More

We saw the Audi S5 convertible with Prestige package on the website. We have been looking for this specific car for awhile. We made a quick call and had an appointment to meet with Aaron Stokes the nex the website. We have been looking for this specific car for awhile. We made a quick call and had an appointment to meet with Aaron Stokes the next afternoon. Aaron had it waiting in the parking lot when we arrived to test drive. The purchase/lease process was quick and easy. Aaron is personable and professional. He made the entire sale stress free and enjoyable. Other people that helped in the sale were also great to work with. We drove from the West side of the state to look at this car. It was definitely worth the long drive. The S5 is gorgeous, sturdy, fast and fun to drive. I cannot wait till spring to put the top down. I could actually do it now; it has neck wormers. I highly recommend Audi of Farmington Hills and a shout out to Aaron Stokes who made my dream car a reality. More
