The experience was going well until I asked to pay for tax and title outside of the car loan. While it took some time for the paperwork which was fine, Richard tried to convince me that I could pay on the tax and title outside of the car loan. While it took some time for the paperwork which was fine, Richard tried to convince me that I could pay on the principle of the loan the full amount of the tax and title and interest would not be included. This is false. EVERYTHING that is put into the loan, taxes and the title will have interest rates applied. He just need a little bit more training and he will do fine. He was helpful and polite. The overall experience was great. More
