The "service due" button for A7 maintenance was never reset, despite multiple requests for it to be addressed. Additionally, several paint nicks were not repaired, and it seems no one from the body shop reset, despite multiple requests for it to be addressed. Additionally, several paint nicks were not repaired, and it seems no one from the body shop properly inspected the vehicle. Although I have an excellent FICO score, the finance department did not provide a competitive finance rate. On a positive note, Aaron in Sales and Scott as a Service Advisor were both professional and did a great job. More

Can’t use warranty at your place or jeep. Frank never called me back. Charged me for plates but did not provide them. Had to call to complain I was charged.
