Jim worked with me on the purchase of my Honda Civic Sport and it was a pleasure to feel at ease from the moment I sat down. Any questions or concerns I had were answered and explained. It was nice that he was able to do handle all aspects of the transaction, payment terms, financing, extended warranties instead of pass it on to others. Once everything was agreed upon Jim was also able to get the final paperwork to me and I was on my way.
