I really appreciated their patience, honesty, and the way everything was explained so clearly. Aaron (General Manager) greeted me at the door and stayed involved throughout to make sure everything went smoothly. That level of attention and customer care really stood out to me. I have to say, I was always skeptical about shopping at MW because I was concerned about Barrington markup. This dealership was very competitive and generous with trade in allowances as well. I purchased a 2026 Ridgeline black edition and a 2026 Pilot Elite from the Honda dealer here. Adrian Rivas is professional, knowledgeable, has a great attitude and made us feel welcome and well cared for. This dealer also has great perks like car wash credits and cafe credits that make it attractive to want to come back. Highly recommended. I hate car buying more than I hate going to the dentist, but negotiating 2 vehicle purchases in a month was a good experience here. More

I held off completing this survey until we had the car for a few months and had taken it on a few short trips. Happy to say, we are still just as happy with the car now.
