Courtesy driver was very pleasant and easy to talk to as we motored along. My service rep was away from his station when I arrived to pick up my vehicle and the agent in the next desk over happily took my name and researched my vehicle and had it brought up. When my guy came back to his desk my vehicle was ready for me. When I asked if I could see where the work was done he took me out to my vehicle and showed me. Good job all around! More

AJ was great and even responded to me on a Sunday when the service department was closed. I was able to drop off my vehicle the following day without a scheduled appointment and I was kept informed throug the service department was closed. I was able to drop off my vehicle the following day without a scheduled appointment and I was kept informed throughout the repair process. More
