I had a wonderful experience buying a car at this dealership, carlos worked with me every step of the way, without being pushy, listened to my needs, respected my budget, and even offered some genuine advice before the purchase was a done deal. Having the GM Joe introduce himself, was a nice touch, again without pushing for a sale. Honestly, I felt that they were more invested in making the human connection than closing the sale, if the opportunity arises again to buy a car I will definitely return to Nissan Sacramento. Highly recommend! And definitely look for Carlos, he’s your guy!

Went in on the last day of the month to see what I could get for a Nissan trade in. Didn’t think I was going to do any business that day but they gave me an offer I couldn’t refuse and drove of with a 2021 Honda Accord. Good deal on both the trade in a used car. Orlando was really easy to work with and they even gave use tacos since they were so busy that we had to wait a bit to do the paperwork. Well recommended. Quentin
