My outstanding experience buying at Cadillac Marin proves an auto purchase transaction doesn't have to mimic a Mixed Martial Arts Cage Match. I was put in touch with Jacob Audiss in Sales and found him to be honest, informative, patient and knowledgeable. Dealing with Jacob was stress free, sort of like chatting with a friend. There was absolutely no high pressure or intimidation. Managers Ivan and Victor were there to work on my behalf to finalize the deal. They too, work hard at making the process easy and comfortable. I found the pricing to be fair for both the new car purchase and the trade value. A five star experience overall, and I cannot find a single flaw in their process.

When we first sat down to go over payment options for the car I wanted, I wasn’t expecting to walk out with it. But after working with Jerome, he made sure to make it happen, and he did!!! Today I walked out with my first brand new car and it’s because of his willingness to work with me and his patience lol. Poor guy didn’t even get his lunch break in. Even though I was located in Southern California, Glenn made this a hassle-free experience. As I would be in town, I arranged for a test drive. The purchase process went smoothly, and I even had a chance to compare BMW’s financing to the one provided by my credit union (which I ultimately used). At no point did I feel pressured or subjected to any hard sells of the vehicle or add-ons. After taking delivery, a BMW genius contacted me to go over features of my car via Zoom.
