This was my first time at this dealership for service as I had just purchased a 2013 128i. Alex was very professional and courteous. He listened to my request for a thorough inspection to make sure the vehicle was up to date on it's required maintenance. Alex went over everything with me in detail with regards to what maintenance was performed and outlined the recommended services as well. Overall, the lounge was clean and offered coffee, water and snacks. The lounge could be a wee bit larger as there was limited room for customer seating. While waiting I used the parts service counter to get the part numbers for some of the accessories that came with the car. Kevin was very helpful and was able to look up all of my parts requested. He even gave me a print out with parts and current pricing. Kevin explained the process for ordering the parts to picking them up or shipping them to my home address. I was very happy with the results and will be back for future services.

Brian was very friendly and efficient. I needed a Lyft or Uber ride home after dropping my car off, but the charge quoted by that service exceed the amount allowed by the dealer management so I had to arrange another way to return home. Otherwise the visit was as pleasant as always.
