Other than the length it took to actually buy the car and fill out the paperwork, it was pretty seamless. The staff was attentive and helpful. Because we came shortly before closing they didn’t detail the car — apparently whoever does that had already taken off for the day. Our salesman told us to come by with the car anytime for a detailing. Followed up with a text to see when we could make it back in for the detailing.

I checked the inventory online and narrowed it down to two vehicles. I contacted Garland Latta and he ran some numbers and called me back with a very fair offer. I settled on the new Sonata. The finance person had me fill out everything online and sign 80% of the documents. I live an hour from the dealership and Garland had a very nice lady deliver the car to my home and pick up the trade. I usually find the car buying process to be a pain in the ...... but Garland made it painless.

Ameer, the sales manager, worked with us on the numbers and made the negotiation process smooth and straightforward. OK, so I have a 2019 Hyundai Tucson 2. - slothe

OK, so I have a 2019 Hyundai Tucson 2.4 L had a factory recall, because the engine went bad and lost displacement on cylinder one so got a full motor swap covered by corporate. Once the engine arrived was told it would be 2 to 3 days until I received my vehicle. it went to 10 days and I feel like they waited for the last three days to actually do the repair after I called a week after it was supposed to be done. Drove my vehicle once I received it for about 500 miles and then had a sudden blow out of all my radiator fluid on the side of the 91 freeway and Green River just down the road from the Hyundai dealership with some complaining and convincing the manager finally sent a mobile mechanic after speaking with mobile mechanic and looking at my car with him, the manager paige decided that it was just wear and tear and not their problem so I was left on the side of the 91 in 100° weather for about 5 1/2 hours till I finally started a new membership with AAA. Got my vehicle towed when I re-contacted the dealership they gave me a quote of $570 to replace the lower radiator hose. Went and bought all the supplies myself for $110. Did the repair in about 30 minutes. I’m now at another 500 miles got up this morning started my car and the whole ground is covered in radiator fluid again so upon further inspection there’s a small pinch clip that was installed facing the wrong way that presses against the hose and rubs it like a little mini saws all. My vehicle was reassembled incorrectly, little mistake, simple innocent, but now I am sitting here waiting on parts to fix my vehicle again from something that is not my fault or my vehicle‘s fault. I would never take my vehicle to this dealership for service. Just imagine if I had sucked it up paid the invoice that they suggested for fixing it. Do you think they would tell me the cause after taking my money I don’t think so, or would they make the same mistake and I’d be in the same situation all over again and then out almost $600. Do better. And just for context, the mechanic sent her a picture from the top of the motor with a cell phone and she somehow deduced from that picture where you can’t see it unless you’re underneath the car with the skid plate off that it was vehicle failure not them

Do NOT buy a car from this dealership.. In my 25 years of buying and selling cars, I've never had an experience like this one. They will "try" to sell you a car only the string you along for hours. We were repeatedly told that we'd be the next customer in line for the finance dept (approximately 20 minutes). We waited approximately five hours. We were then told the finance department was short staffed and their system was down. We accepted the dealership's offer to deliver the vehicle and paperwork to our home. We were given a delivery timeframe, but the paperwork never arrived and the vehicle never even left the dealership despite text confirmations that the car was on it's way. About 30 minutes prior to the promised delivery time, we find out the car never left the lot. After dealing with lies after lies, we were left with no choice but to cancel the sale and get out of their circus. Disorganized and unprofessional would be an upgrade for this dealership.

I had a great buying experience here and truly loved my Tucson until a few recent service issues. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was disappointing. First, my car was kept for 3 weeks after they said it would only be 2 weeks. They found another issue the day I was supposed to pick it up. I was without a vehicle during this entire time and was told that no loaner service was available. That is crazy that they provide no options when your car is in service that long... Second, while I was told they would "see what they could do," the only accommodation offered was a small discount on an oil change and even then, my window sticker was not updated when I picked up the vehicle. Lastly, although the dealership offers a car wash, my vehicle was returned extremely dirty. There were visible spider webs and a heavy layer of dirt throughout the exterior, which was especially frustrating after such a long wait. I've been a loyal customer for over 6 years, so this lack of care, service and attention to detail was very disappointing.
