called 800 950 6539 hoping to get my issue resolved before posting a review. Was transferred to service, got hung up on. Not calling again. They can call me. 2018 Ford Focus. Recall. I'm a full-time ride share driver. Had my car for 2 months. Waited for backordered parts twice. Couldn't order correct parts? They've had parts for a week. Got text from Jerrilynn yesterday. Not starting repairs til Wednesday. My car should be top priority. Haven't worked in 2 months. Would've got a temporary job if I knew it would be this long but Jerrilynn couldn't give a time frame. Had to borrow money and accept charity to pay September and October rent. November rent coming up. If I don't get my car back in time to make rent I feel Ford should pay it.
