Layla was fantastic, super, friendly, extremely wide breadth of knowledge about Subaru makes/models, our first ever pleasant car buying experience. Ayad was welcoming, friendly, thoughtful, clear, concise and a master at getting straight to it. This team was able to get us in a vehicle we liked, approved, paperwork completed and out the door with a trade in under 4 hrs and the specific vehicle stock number we went to see was in the shop for storm damage. Once Layla understood what we were looking for, she showed us 2, we liked both and settled on one. Great experience. Definately a returning customer now.

Royal has a rare gem in Jesus Camargo. From the moment I met Jesus, I felt he was honest and caring, two qualities you don’t often find in a car salesman. He is the kind of person you could easily see being lifelong friends with. Jesus was kind and patient as I took multiple days to test drive vehicles, ask questions, test drive some more, and finally make a decision. Jesus gave me his honest feedback about what he felt would be a good choice for me and never pressured me to make a decision. He went above and beyond when I left a personal item in the car I was trading in and he drove to me to drop it off after his work day had already ended. That is the definition of excellent service! I have.I had great service at this dealership. Joel Ingalls has been my service adviser. He is very motivated to complete my truck's repairs. He communicates with me while my vehicle is being serviced. I had my truck serviced last month, and expressed that my breaks were replaced, but they still squeaked. This time, it was found that the rotors were glazed. The problem was solved, at no charge. I travel across town to go to Larry Miller on 22nd dealership. They have delicious coffee and munchies as well!!

I can't t say enough good things about my experience dealing with Bill Luke Marana. I've bought several cars from different dealerships throughout my life and by far this was the the best and easiest. I had challenged credit and they were able to get me the car i wanted ( 2024 Chevy Blazer EV ) at a good rate with a down payment I could afford. I also tried Carmax and their APR and down payment was almost double. I highly recommend Bill Luke. Thanks to Gill my salesman, Shea the internet manager, and especially the finance personel. Also thanks to the detailing crew the car was spotless and clean like new. If your looking to buy a car look no further they are the BEST!

Truck I received was great overall but not detailed spotless, had sticky residue on the controllers and the E-brake boot had crumbs, which I ended up cleaning at home, even found a fries in between the seats. I asked for a tutorial over the winch of the truck, how to use the controllers that came with all the lights and to know which buttons do what, and never got a rundown. Just to come and find out the CarPlay had an outdated firmware issue on the alpine head unit causing connecting issues, which I had to troubleshoot all day looking online to fix it, the over fender has a slight pop up and you can see one of the clips and it isn’t flush with the fender. Overall the truck sold itself but other than that, I asked this before I arrived to do this with the truck before hand so I came knowing about the truck.

Awful experience! At first salesperson seemed so kind and helpful and made many promises. After purchase, we meant nothing to her! We were totally ignored after she made the sale. Beware, many promises in talk but absolutely no action! I would never purchase from this dealer again.

Paul Fernandez was a great deal of help to us in buying a Kia Carnival. Not many of these vehicles produced so far and this one happened to be close to us at a VW dealer. Didn’t matter that it’s not his specialty, he knew the vehicle top to bottom and helped us learn all the features. He made our deal happen in under 3 hours financing and all. Immediate responses and well done video/photo documentation to help us feel comfortable to travel and get it. Kept his cool through a major hiccup where we were accidentally told the vehicle was sold and were quite upset. Paul was apologetic and assured us we would still get our beautiful car! This guy was honest, this guy went above and beyond to get everything done so we could get exactly the financing we needed. We call him Cool Guy Paul around here now and you should too.
