First time I have bought a vehicle site unseen just pictures. the truck was delivered from Tucson to Mesa. We had been looking for a truck for some time and decided on one here with lifted trucks. Truck was transferred in for us to see first hand and test drive. I really wanted to give the Scottsdale location a good rating because the salesman Pedro Cruz was great. However thats where the good ends. I worked a deal and when I was in finance they added a $210 fi rating because the salesman Pedro Cruz was great. However thats where the good ends. I worked a deal and when I was in finance they added a $210 finance charge for using my credit card. I used the credit card to pay the money down portion of the deal. I caught this and stated I would write a check instead of being charged $210! Finance was using a digital system and stated he would remove the charge but didnt want to start over. We agreed to have him write a "we owe" into the deal for the $210 instead of starting over. We'll its been over 2 weeks now and I was told everything from it will post to my account as a credit in 24 hours to they will cut me a check. After numerous calls none of this has happened and I even stated I would come down and get the check. Nothing has been resolved and my next step is to hit up BBB and social media. I will not be using this place in the future unfortunately. More
