My twenty-year experience with numerous new car sales personnel and service department employees has been excellent. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Concerning my recent purchase of a 2027 Corvette Grand Sport, I feel I got a fair trade-in value on my 2011 Corvette Grand Sport and a fair deal on my new Corvette from new car sales manager Dimitri Gabito, who was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I have the same comment for sales person Joaquin Montanez and finance manager Jeremy Martinez.

From start to finish, my experience with Ryan at the car dealership was amazing! I did not expect to have such a pleasant experience at a car dealership. My baby and I were treated with respect and care, I was offered assistance, all of my questions were answered, I was provided a room to breastfeed in, and I was offered food and drink. In every step of the way, Ryan always had patience with me, with a very willing demeanor, and such a positive attitude. All of the staff was very nice and welcoming, but Ryan’s role on this day was pivotal. He helped me jump through every hurdle with ease, comfort, and care. As a first time buyer, buying a car was a huge life decision for me. I have to admit I was a bit hesistant and unknowledgeable about everything. I thank God that Ryan was there for my family and I on that day. We left the dealership happy and with a new car. This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I was coming out of a really stressful situation after my previous car was totaled, and Matt and Chuck truly took care of me. They worked so hard behind the scenes to make the numbers work and get me into a 2026 Trax ACTIV at an incredible price. I felt respected, supported, and never pressured. They listened to my situation and really went the extra mile to help me. I honestly feel like they gave me a deal that set me up for success, not just a sale. I’m so grateful for their help and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

What a rip off the service dept. is, $245 diagnostic check on a item I took in for warranty, I even gave the the code it was showing and as a courtesy they checked other items and charged me the fee. NEVER GOING BACK! I love Chevy Hate Chapman.
