I can't say enough good things about my experience at this dealership, especially thanks to Grant, the service advisor. I had been dealing with a frustrating light issue in my vehicle for weeks. I had taken it to other dealerships, and unfortunately, they all gave me the runaround — quoting expensive diagnostics and suggesting unnecessary repairs that felt more like money grabs than real help. Then I came here and met Grant. From the moment I spoke with him, I could tell he genuinely cared about solving the problem, not just making a sale. He took the time to listen, asked thoughtful questions, and went above and beyond to get to the root of the issue — without trying to upsell or pressure me. He was transparent, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. Most importantly, he fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. UNREAL experience. Loved this dealership over Honda of Chandler! Mike Marks in car repair and Jahir were amazing!!! Not only were they making us laugh, but they found the problem immediately and took care of it within 30-45 min. Excellent experience… they are like a family out there! I expected $200-$1500 repair and walked out with paying $90 and waiting 45 min, instead of waiting a couple days!!! Unheard of! Thank you Mike and Jahir! Excellent customer service!!
