I went to the Dealer to (Purchase) a 2011 Buick Regal that day. His price was to high so I looked elsewhere and found a better deal $3000.00 less. The dealer then called me and I informed him I found a better deal in San Antonio and I was going with that. He then asked me why I didn't tell him about the better deal. Yet, I sat in his office for an hour or so trying to negotiate a better price. He came back with his price highlighted at the same price. What do you expect from a buyer? He got irrate told me I wasted his time and good luck going to get my new car.

My wife and I called about a new Wagoneer today and was told it would be sold at MSRP. We asked what it would take to hold it for us to drive from Andrews to Monahans to which we were told $1k. We gave the deposit, drove over there, and then their GM Johnathan Jimenez said if I wanted it we had to pay over $4k above MSRP because they had that offered. Sadly enough, I gave the deposit to buy it and get there but he claimed it was to hold it only not to hold the price. What he doesn’t know is that he told the salesman it was at list price and I heard him say it. His explanation was “it’s business.” They took the deposit via phone and when I asked to return it they said the card had to be present. Finally after some persistence, the money was returned. He’s a real piece of work and I wouldn’t recommend him or the dealer for anything.

Bought a car last month the dealer line from the beginning of the deal all the way through till the end just take your time and do your research don't buy the first thing you see from this dealer cannot be trusted their cars look good on the outside but it's what's under the hood that counts be very very careful do not do it
