I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Red McCombs Ford.
When I purchased my Ford F-250, I was promised that the windshield would be replaced and the damaged leather interior would be repaired. Despite multiple follow-ups over the course of a month, neither issue was addressed.
Shortly after, a month to be exact the fuel pump failed, sending metal shavings throughout the fuel system. This resulted in approximately $14,000 in repairs. Now, just a year later, the transmission needs to be replaced at a cost of around $11,000. The original windshield issue still has not been resolved.
During this process, I had an altercation with a service advisor, and my warranty claim was not handled properly. As a result, the warranty company is now refusing to cover the transmission repair. I have also received misleading emails from employees and have sent a formal complaint to upper management without any response.
