Had a great experience with sales. However, finance was a different story. While signing the paperwork, I decided at the time I would get the extended warranty. Went back in after 2 days to cancel it. They told me the refund would appear in 6-8 weeks. Noticed after 8 weeks I still did not have the refund on the lien. After sending 3 emails and 2 phone calls, all of which went unanswered; I finally decided to file a complaint with the OCCC. Within a day of me filing the complaint they reached out saying they were issuing the refund. They waited until the complaint before they submitted the paperwork. I say all this to be cautious. If you buy a policy and then decide to cancel, make sure you follow through. Had I let it go after signing the cancellation form I wouldn't have that refund.
