The car is cooling perfectly again. I have only used AutoNation Chevrolet Gulf Freeway since I bought my vehicle from them in 2012 and have had very few complaints with the service I have received.

I visited so many dealerships around the Houston area, and it is not an exaggeration when I say Keating Chevrolet was ONE of only TWO dealerships where I had a truly positive experience. What started as an exciting milestone, buying my child’s first car, quickly became a stressful ordeal due to disengaged salespeople who clearly didn't value customer relationships. We had three comparable options at similar price points, but the Trailblazer we chose wasn't just about the car at this point. What truly made the difference was our salesman, Colby. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely engaged from start to finish. He followed up consistently, handled every text and call promptly, and worked with management on our behalf. The service department is absolutely the worst. They never pick up. They don't return you calls even after you've called a million times to check on your vehicle. They make every excuse in the book. What's even worse, if you're a woman, they talk to you like your an idiot. This is the last time I will bring my vehicle here. I even tried to contact the manager of the service department and have yet to hear from him. It sucks when you pay so much for a vehicle to have it sit in a garage until they can look it at for up to 2 weeks.

Don’t go there and DO NOT TRUST THEM! Brought my truck in twice for ECM communication problems. Both times, they saw the check lights and saw the codes. Could not diagnose. They supposedly checked the wiring harnesses and the electricals. After ONE FULL MONTH there at the dealership, I got it back with no fix. I didn’t even get it home before the check lights and problems hit again. Turns out the harnesses, connectors, and ECM still had road dirt I simply wiped away with my finger. They didn’t check anything and LIED TO ME about it. Service Manager (and fill-in GM) Ryan Pryor has ducked me and my calls for over two weeks now. I obviously paid for nothing and want my money back. You never have to worry about me coming back. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, STAY AWAY!!!

Made service appointment to have struts replaced on my Chrysler 300. On the appointed day I drove 40 miles to the dealership. Arrived early, reviewed what was needed and left. In three hours I called to check to see what time it would be completed. Later learned that the parts were not there and would take 3 to five days to get there. I have made other arrangements (for less money) and have no plans to return to Premier Autoplex.

I had a Canister Purge Valve replaced today 4/14l2023 on my 2012 Camaro 45th anniversary edition. Randal in parts and Stephanie in service were great to deal with. Hopefully that resolved my check engine light. Thanks JK. This dealership actually returned my vehicle, which has 6690 miles in 11 years, in the same perfect condition it was in when I arrived. I love my car!
