Mr. Zimmerman and the entire staff were absolutely amazing—attentive, sharp, and they checked off every item on my list. They had my car serviced quickly. I expected to be here around three hours, but I was done in only two because the team was able to add a recall for my vehicle to my service. So even with the recall work the timing would have been less, but I am forever grateful as I rarely get days off so I was able to kill 2 birds with one stone?? Sweet deal??To make it even sweeter, Ford was right on time and sent the required part to Chastang before my appointment, ensuring everything could be completed without the usual delays at no extra charge ??. I’m genuinely elated with the experience—Chastang truly sets a new standard. The customer service went above and beyond in every way. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I scheduled a service appointment at McRee Ford more than a week in advance, originally for 8:45 AM. Without calling me, they changed my appointment to 11:45 AM and only sent an email notification. A simple phone call would have been the professional thing to do. When I arrived with my 2026 F-150 that is still under the bumper-to-bumper warranty, I was denied a loaner vehicle and told it wasn’t covered because I didn’t purchase the truck from their dealership. Having previously worked as a service manager at a dealership, I know that’s a poor excuse and not how good customer service is handled. To make matters worse, William Baillie had me retrieve my own VIN information instead of assisting me. The entire interaction felt like he didn’t want to get out of his chair or help at all. I also wasn’t greeted on the service drive, which is a basic customer service expectation at most dealerships. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing service experiences I’ve had. I won’t be returning and would not recommend McRee Ford’s service department based on this experience.

This is going to be my third time going to this service department. I can’t say it’s the worst nor the best. This company can get better and I know they do read these post. When customer write a good or bad post. They do get rated and sometimes it’s hard to judge the advisor because they can’t control when you can get your car back. The only thing we can do is trust the service company. I had my fair share of the worst issues with this company the lies the verbal abuse the disrespect I can go on and on. The first person you see is the service advisor those are the ones you rely on when you car is in the shop. So far for me two out of the three really didn’t care about their customers. The second knew about my situation from earlier and communicated with me until the end. When you feel you’re getting nowhere with your advisor you can call customer relations or talk to the next person above them. Well I stated my facts for what Bret S. said to me who was my service advisor. I have the facts what he said and when I tried to talk to the assistant service manager Chris B he just ignored me. At the end of the day I got my vehicle back but it took almost three months. They did provide a rental for the time I didn’t have the vehicle and I didn’t have to pay for that nor pay for the service done for the my car. It took the service manage Dave E. to fix all the issues I had to deal with and he did apologize for the experience I had with there service department. If you’re asking yourself why go to a place where you’re disrespected. I purchased the ESP warranty when I got the vehicle and it save me a lot of money. Unfortunately when I bought this car I didn’t know the amount of known issues it had and the recalls. Dave I appreciate you honesty compassion for customer service especailly going above and beyond to help me and I do apologize that some of your staff members act like they don’t care and I’m sure after reading this some adjustments can be made or better educated on customer service.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This was the worst dealership experience I've ever had. I was lied to through text and promised a price, but when I drove two and a half hours to the dealership, they refused to honor what they had promised. They then told me that, to offset the price increase they had lied about, they could beat my bank's financing terms. I let them run my credit because they said they could beat my bank, but they couldn't beat my bank's interest rate, resulting in an unnecessary hard inquiry on my credit report. I refused to pay more than the price I was promised and left, only to get stuck in a tropical storm during 5:00 p.m. traffic—all because this dealership is full of liars. I would strongly recommend getting any pricing commitments in writing and confirming they will be honored before making the drive. Based on my experience, I would not do business with this dealership.

On 7/19 we had an AWESOME experience with Megan Acosta (inventory specialist/sales) and Andrea Watson (finance) at Tommie Vaughn Ford where we were literally treated like family. We have been blessed to have contacts at various dealerships over the years where we were treated well, but this experience was the best of all. They met us with the sales manager when we walked in the door, had an offer on our trade before we could sit down, and helped us locate an additional vehicle for a family member (did I mention multiple follow ups for us on the vehicle for our family member). We closed the purchase and will close the other purchase when the located vehicle arrives! Can't say enough about these wonderful ladies!!! Different type of review here... I intentionally waited to hit the 50k miles driven from the original miles when I purchased my used 2017 Ford F250 from Silsbee Ford in August 2020. (more like a brand new truck as it was the cleanest I ever encountered). From the moment I called on it back in August 2020 through the purchasing experience a day later and post-follow-up satisfaction checks from Mike, my salesman, and the dealership I have to say they are top-notch! Definitely NOT a typical dealership! I was coming from out of state and Mike worked with me beyond expectations. After test driving and in the office for the financials, I was presented a rundown of the vehicle price; much to my surprise there were none of those frivolous or other dealer trap charges. It was a straight forward great price and bottom line. No need for the back and forth negotiating. The truck had an excellent price, no upcharges so I didn't hesitate to purchase it! I could not believe how easy, fast and genuinely relaxed we all were. Not faking for a sale, Mike and the team at Silsbee are sincere. You can tell it is up to the expectations of the owners and their values and service. Overall great experience with Silsbee Ford and there has been nothing wrong with my truck, which now has 155k miles on it! What a great buy! Thank you Mike and Silsbee Ford!

I have bought 6 new pickups from them so far. I purchase a new truck every 24 months. In 2016 I purchased two new pickups from Sour Lake Ford and they exceeded my expectations on both. I had a brain hiccup and thought I would shop another dealership but came to my senses and went back to Sour Lake Ford. They almost doubled my trade in offer and still sold my trade in 3 days later, now imagine what the other dealership would have made off my trade in! The sales experience has been pleasant and rewarding. They also have an excellent service department to take care of your needs after the sale. These folks are the greatest and other folks may get tired of my bragging on them but for me there is only one Ford Dealership worth knowing, they feel like family! If you decide to give them a try and I strongly suggest that you do, There is one name you need to know and that is ROCKIE TEMPLETON!! This lady is not scared of the big boys and will go to bat for you against anybody!! When I drive up one of the other salesmen call her, they all know I only deal with ROCKIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
