I purchased my Venza from here in 2021 and have taken my car here for maintenance service as well. Customer service is excellent. I particularly appreciate the courtesy Uber ride so I didn’t need to wait on site for my maintenance.

A smooth course of understanding, compassion, guidance, earnestness and earned trust was what I found in her. I drove out of Don McGill dealership peacefully and satisfied with my new transportation and would ask for Dorie time and again. Specifically, he recommended a day for the repair work that was not overcrowded in his department. He was on time for my repair. He kept me posted with info as the repair work progressed. I very much liked and appreciated the video of the technicians working on my car. He arranged a shuttle ride to and from your facility that was very efficient.
