I went in here to trade in my truck. I went in with an existing appraisal that they were going to match. They ended up being $12,000 lower than the offer I had. I was upset at first. Dillon, my sales associate called over his manager, and together we reviewed the offer. They took over an hour figuring out why they were so far off. After logging back on to the website I originally got an offer from, we filled out the appraisal together. The result- same number I went in there with. We repeated this together 3 times before noticing that the website was viewing my trade as a 4x4 diesel, when it was in fact a 4x2 gasoline. We fixed it and the offer came down to within $2000 of TF’s original offer. At that point, it did not make sense for me to trade in my vehicle. They offered to match it and discounted their vehicle even more. Unfortunately, it didn’t make sense for my financial situation at this time. We shook hands, talked about doing business in the future and parted ways. Dillon and the manager were never pushy, chased me out the door, or did any of the things that people dread about dealerships. When I’m in a better spot, I’ll definitely be back to purchase from TF.
