If 0 stars was an option, I would give them a zero! - rrwadejr
If 0 stars was an option, I would give them a zero! Was told that my service was to be covered under the 100,000 mile power train warranty, so I dropped my daughters car off for a VERY common known issue with this make. The repair ended up being $3000.00. The day after we took it in, I was notified that the vehicle was no longer under warranty. Since we weren't the original owners, the warranty stopped at 60,000 miles. The car had 60,230 miles at the time we dropped it off. I opened a case with KIA and the claim was denied. Kia customer service told me that it was a joint decision between the dealership and Kia. I escalated this to Jim Wadzinski(with Community), who told me that their hands were tied, but in the same conversation a few minutes later he said that if I had bought the car from their dealership, there might be something they could have done. How did we get from it's out of their hands to we could have done something if I'd bought the car from them...Very dishonest and will not be doing business with any of their stores in the future (service or new car purchases). They have a very bad reputation and it doesn't seem that they are working very hard to improve it. Beware of this place!
