I had my 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 in for some warranty work. These guy’s especially Micah was top notch. They kept me informed of the progress on my truck. Had to wait a little longer than I wanted to but no fault of the dealership. I got my truck back and after a day or two I realized that a couple of things were missing. I called and there was no questions and the two parts that were missing were ordered. Haven’t got them yet but it was a no hassle, no questions ask encounter. I will definitely be using them again when needed and would recommend these guys for any and all your service needs.

Service Department Review: Chris Kite went above and beyond for me and my Wrangler. I first encountered him at a different dealership and was super bummed when he left. He is Very aware of my feelings for Frisco, Plano and McKinney service departments. I reached out to Paul Aceto to find out both him and Chris were now at Forest Lane. Chris was able to accommodate a loaner vehicle for me very quick. Took care of a recall, five new tires and routine maintenance. Was transparent with pricing everything out, answered all my questions and kept me well informed.
