We are actively looking for a Lincoln Navigator. - leningtone
We are actively looking for a Lincoln Navigator. A 2023 to 2025 with less than 50k miles. Colors and options are negotiable. We drove 3 hours to see a Navigator that this dealership said they had. When we called to make sure it was still available, the sales xxxxxx we got literally said it's not here and said it would be there Monday and hung up on us. There were 3 or 4 of the Navigators they supposedly had that we would have purchased, but we specifically asked about the one we were most interested in first. 60,000 dollar purchase blown up because your sales people are xxxxxxxx.
Terrible customer service in both parts and service - sick_of_lazy_people
Terrible customer service in both parts and service departments. Very unprofessional and lazy. Will never buy from this dealership again!
Easy to work with. - rjwill0415
Easy to work with. Schedule my appointment, told him I needed to be out that same afternoon. They got the job done early. My 2017 Ford expedition drives like new. Thanks to the service department!
Have a Lincoln Navigator that has a recall on the front - Josephwallace70
Have a Lincoln Navigator that has a recall on the front seatbelts. Drivers seatbelt attempted to crush me and has now locked into place rendering it unusable and unsafe to drive. While this is a known recall there are apparently no parts available for the repair. Robinson Brothers states they have no idea when the parts will become available. Lincoln has no solution and zero concerns about no being able to correct this issue. My issue with Robinson Brothers is they have not reached out to even express their regret on this issue. If you are not buying a car they really don’t seem to care about customer service. So update the service manager called me but only related to the above review. She told me my review was unfair to them! She stated that a solution was offered that I pay for a repair, a part that doesn’t go to my truck, and when the correct part comes in they will fix it. I asked why not put that in without me paying and you take it back once the correct part comes in she said that was not possible. Then she proceeded to tell me they would cancel the recall part order and I should find a new dealership. I believe she proved my point in that they really don’t care about customers. Instead of just accepting the fact this whole situation is regrettable for all involved. She decides to double down on showing how little they are concerned! WOW!!!! She proved my point!!
I don’t know what kind of joke of a business Matt McKay - Fletchandlamomt
I don’t know what kind of joke of a business Matt McKay is running but there’s a reason everyone goes to Hollingsworth Richard’s Ford. Service dept has had a Ford truck that cost well over $120k new for almost 6 months…and it’s still under factory warranty. All star Ford in Denham admitted they further damaged the truck while trying to fix an inherent flaw and flat out said they will not be paying for it. They also said the $5000 enterprise bill is now the owner’s obligation, as they were not able to find the necessary correct parts and install them in a SIX-MONTH period. The dealership stated the truck was unsafe to drive. The dealership continued to state the truck was not a priority. Safety is irrelevant. The “Loaner” for a $125k truck was a Nissan Versa😂 which, 6 months later, they decided they would not be paying for. It’s hard to type this without laughing. That dealership has nothing but sub-par reviews
Scheduled appointment with manager. - JS
Scheduled appointment with manager. Showed up no appointment. Wanted me to leave my truck. I came from 70 miles way. Terrible customer service. Third time trying to fix a warranty issue.
I really had a wonderful experience at Crescent Ford, I... - STB1969
I really had a wonderful experience at Crescent Ford, I dealt directly with the sale manager Joe Monaghan. He and his staff were very professional, and treated me like I was family! I would definitely recomend that if anybody was shopping for a New or Used Truck or S U V, go there and you will see what im talking abot. Oh and by the way from the time I got there and picked out my used 2012 For Escape the whole process from start to finish was less than an hour!!! thanks again. Sharon T. Boudreaux
The salseman was helpfull not pushy and very personable. - JMPENNINGTON
When I bought the car, one of the extras i liked was the active backup lines. this was a major sale point to me. When I re-synced the system the active lines went away. Both dealers said that this vin did not come with the active backup lines. and I could not get them without a $2000 dollar upgrade. How were thy there in the first place? Apparently the required hardware and electronics are there. What would it take to install the active backup lines, again. Keep in mind within 6 months some one is going to crack the system. Ford should be making the profit on the active backup lines upgrade. again the hardware is there and functions I used it for 3 days before I reset the system. I am in essence being told that I have lied about the situation. This does not bode well customer relationship. the Salesman Bill was great!
