I can't say enough about your Manager Ryan who went above and beyond to get what I thought was an issue with my dashboard information. answered and resolved quickly and efficiently. It turned out not to be a problem at all but only a "user error" and my lack of understanding how to maneuver/interpret the dashboard. He couldn't have been more responsive and kind in how he handled it all! This is the second car I have purchased from the Lexus dealership and my first new Lexus. I will always come back to this delaership !

The Honesty. Everyone was nice and friendly. Our salesman Trent Gilbert was awesome, he even tried to explain how to work everything on the dash. Excellent experience. Paperwork lasted an hour or less, at least that's how it felt.

Dealership in Lincoln was nice and very clean. Everyone worked well together and we’re very pleasant I look forward to coming in and having a Starbucks coffee sometime. The best was Bret my salesman. He wasn’t pushy and knew his job well. Very personable and pleasant. He had some floormats that would fit my car so he gave them to me. Very nice of him. All and all the process was quite painless. Kennedy an assistant was a little go getter. It was very cold out and she wanted to install new mats. Then got a 12’ ladder out of the garage;man handled that all by herself. I’m pretty impressed with the entire staff!

We were so excited to find our dream car, but it was 1700 miles away which made us extremely nervous for this car buying experience. In hindsight, we had nothing to worry about! It was a wonderful car buying experience despite COVID and being 1700 miles away! Eric our salesperson answered all of our car/pricing questions and Elaine the finance person made financing simple and was always quick to answer my 1,001 questions! From the first email, to the financing and delivery organization every detail was taken care of and they both kept us updated with excellent communication. I’d do it again without hesitation knowing how taken care of we will be! We highly recommend this dealership and these individuals in particular!
