Woodhouse was good. .. However Ted "the dude"'s follow up was poor. Ordered a new GMC and I understand it takes forever now-a-days, but the follow up was atrocious. Never .. I got to know Ted Murray when my youngest son traded in his car on a new GMC Canyon. It goes without saying that this was a serious transaction for my son. I've had a lot of experience with car salesmen his car on a new GMC Canyon. It goes without saying that this was a serious transaction for my son. I've had a lot of experience with car salesmen in my 70 years, and I have never come across one who was more helpful, more honest, more considerate and caring. I might mention that my kid got a quote from two other dealers located in large cities, and neither of them came close. Ted Murray is a 'high-quality' guy with kids of his own, and he 'gets it'.
