I had a terrible experience with a different dealership and was basically told my car was worth nothing and I was out of luck on getting a new one. One afternoon with these guys and they had me in a brand new Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy! This is my dream car and they were a dream to work with! Everyone was helpful!

We went to look at a Ford Expedition that had just came in. We dealt with Louis. He was great. Very Knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. We ended up buying the unit even knowing that it still needed to go thru the shop. The did the work to the vehicle and were hoping to get it before Christmas but thigs happen and one of the parts did not show up on time, no biggie, so Louis offered to pay for a rental car for us. Once our car was finished they even delivered it to my work here in Omaha. Also there was some titling issues with the car since it was traded in from another state. They took care of everything on the title and even offered to pay if we had any late fees at the dmv. They were very helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel at ease with new parts they put on and the title. Great place to buy a car from. When I'm ready to upgrade again I will defiantly be giving them a call

He was very polite and attentive to my requests. At every instance of entering the dealership, I was greeted by him at the door. Even the small touch of being offered something to drink was noted and appreciated. An administrative pricing error was identified and quickly resolved in a fair & honest manner. Finance… Again, the small touch of being offered something to drink was noted and appreciated. Process was very easy and smooth. There was no fast talk or pressure as to why I needed to purchase any warranties/plans/add on’s etc. I felt my wishes were respected and honored. I appreciate Grant for providing some details in advance for me to make an informed decision. Transparency…. Mick and Grant were very knowledgeable and thorough in answering my questions throughout the entire process. I came in with a list on my laptop and these gentlemen checked off all the boxes. I was passing through Hays on my way to Denver and because my windshield wiper washer wouldn't work my windshield was becoming covered with mud and restricting vision on I-70. Without an appointment, I checked with the service department to see if there was any chance they could look at it. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was friendly and went out of their way to help me. Ultimately, the guys discovered a cracked line and were able to make a temporary repair to get me safely down the highway. When I checked out, the guys said, "no charge, glad we could help." Treatment by these folks made this old man's day. Thanks!

Great experience with Travis at Kenesaw motors. Friendly and most helpful, not pushy or rushing to close the sale. Talked on the phone, made the drive to Kenesaw, vehicle standing ready by the front door for our test drive when we arrived. Upon purchasing, he spent time familiarizing us with the features. Small town values and business practices you won’t find at a mega dealership. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience, which is s lot for me to say as I dislike everything about searching for a new vehicle. I will definitely be back when it comes time to go through that again, and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Kenesaw Motor Company to anyone looking to make their shopping experience less painful.

Best people in town. I needed to find a car charger when I was in town but none to be found. I thought for sure I would have to call for help but My friend Cindy suggested I ask Beloit Auto &Truck Plaza. Cindy talked to Nina Williams, who was a delight and as helpful as anyone can be. I was so grateful for Nina’s helpful and perfect customer service support that even when I tried to tip her she wasn’t having it and declined telling me this is her job and happy to help. Please start here when you’re in the market for a new vehicle. Two thumbs up and 10 out of 10 on my customer relations-O-meter.

Big John’s advertised a vehicle on the Internet. In response to their ad and their verbal assurances I pre-purchased insurance, obtained a loan, took 2 days off work and traveled over 750 miles to Big John’s Ford in Minden, NE to obtain vehicle. Upon arrival I was shocked to learn that vehicle was totally misrepresented. Indeed 10 days later vehicle remains misrepresented on at least two Internet sites. Massive financial hit due to placing my trust in Big John’s Ford. Complaint filed with NE Motor Vehicle Industry Licensing Board.
