The salesman was a nice young man named Nick, the only thing I would have liked was to have known that there was only one key fob before we drove 6 hours from Arkansas, but after the deal was done we were thing I would have liked was to have known that there was only one key fob before we drove 6 hours from Arkansas, but after the deal was done we were assured that the local family had the extra key fob and it would be mailed to us. We heard nothing for several days and when I inquired about it they said unfortunately the family didn’t have it or couldn’t find it, so then where the disappointing part comes from and low rateing is I have called countless times trying to see if they could help getting a key fob, and I have yet to get someone to even call me back. So just before posting this I tried one more time and got hung up on again, very poor service. More
