I can't speak highly enough of Zeck Ford and the staff that work there. I have now purchased two vehicles from Sage in the last three months. He is the type of salesman that I enjoy working with and he has created a return customer. He is honest and will point out issues with vehicles that need fixed and goes above and beyond to make sure the vehicle is in great condition prior to pickup. Sage I will be keeping an eye on the lot for a Lincoln Continental when you get a Black Label in. lol

We purchased my 2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy in July 2024. After a couple of months it developed a rattle in the back end. Max's service department was extremely understanding and helpful trying to locate and fix the issue. The first two attempts did not work so when we took it back in for the third time we were told that they would not give it back until it was fixed. They gave us a brand new 2025 Palisade as a loner and ended up having my car for 3 months. They called in engineers from Hyundai to see if they were able to locate the issue. I was not thrilled that it took so long, but Joleane in the service department was so nice, and was constantly sending me updates so that I knew they were continuing to work on it. When I finally got it back, I was even refunded two months worth of payments that I had made to make up for not having my car. This was initiated by the service manager, Troy. Totally unexpected (especially since I was driving a brand new car for a loaner) but completely appreciated. I will most definitely buy another vehicle from them, for the service department alone. I absolutely love my Palisade!

Every time I have to go in for a service appointment, seems like all the time, Baxter employees greet me with a smile and are so pleasant to me. They’re very thorough and explain things to me in a way that’s easy to understand. I don’t leave wondering what just happened lol. On my last visit I worked with, I think his name was, Bryce. It was a wonderful car buying experience despite COVID and being 1700 miles away! Eric our salesperson answered all of our car/pricing questions and Elaine the finance person made financing simple and was always quick to answer my 1,001 questions! From the first email, to the financing and delivery organization every detail was taken care of and they both kept us updated with excellent communication. I’d do it again without hesitation knowing how taken care of we will be! We highly recommend this dealership and these individuals in particular!
