Dayton did an outstanding job helping with my car purchase. He understood I wasn't looking to be sold something, but that I wanted to buy. He handled everything over the phone and via email to help complete the purchase. The visit to pick up the car was a great experience and it really gave my daughter a really great experience in life about buying cars, since this was her first car. I can't stress how great Dayton handled the sale. He is the kind of salesman every dealership should have, but very few do. After trying to talk with two other Chevy dealerships, I found the Max Motors dealership to be responsive, honest, and helpful. I was reluctant at first as one dealership closer to me did not allow me to view the two Chevy Trax vehicles, they just sold, another nearby dealership tried to get me to put a deposit down on something they didn't even have paperwork on nor could they tell me what it came with. This is why I was grateful for the honesty, and integrity displayed by Max Motors in making me aware of my options, allowing me to not only look at, but also drive the Chevy Trax. I am thrilled with my experience at Max Motors of Nevada Mo. I would recommend talking with them first before wasting your time with any other dealership. They listen, they question, and they presented solutions to my current vehicle needs. Thank you Jeremiah and Zach for your help.

Critters chewed up my wiring on my EV car. Fortunately, the light came on and I took it in to have it checked out. They found the chewed wiring and would not let me drive home. They provided a loaner car for me so I wasn't stranded. This occurred over Thanksgiving, so a lot of time was lost. Tom was excellent to work with, he communicated with me multiple times as we waited on the insurance adjuster then the parts. I knew my car was in good hands. I used to go to a different Chevrolet service department - I was not happy with them. I've been very happy with the service @ Landers and I've always worked with Tom.

He did our paperwork after purchasing and he was very helpful in answering any questions we had. He was very friendly and helped with any assistance we needed. Reliable service team members and shop techs was more than happy to help with some I could afford at time to fix . And they worked as a team together from courtesy vehicle to and from my home to dealership as keeping me on a daily loop on progress with vehicle. My car is a Braun handicap accessible vehicle that I took for service at Jay Hatfield Mobility. My experience was horrible there! Had my car for 4 days, looked at it 1 day and stated “we don’t know what’s wrong with it, come get it”. Even though they did find a drain on the battery. Picked it up, brought it home and the next day battery was dead again. Syd was rude in the service dept and he was very unprofessional and absolutely no interest in fixing my issue! Since then it was towed to United Access were they are more than willing to keep It until it’s fixed!!

Mechanic stated recall work to update airbag had been done airbag light continued to come on, This happened twice. Finally took to another dealer and the repairs had not been done. . Later found out the airbag would not have worked if happen to be in a wreck. Would NOT recommend service department.

My wife was in the market for a new truck but we had not done much shopping yet. We were at Wood Motor Company buying some parts for my 1969 Chevrolet and mentioned to Jim Hilton the Parts Manger, that it might be time for a truck. He surprised us with his detailed knowledge of inventory that aligned to what my wife was looking for and that sparked her interest. Jim introduced us to Reed James in sales and two days later we closed a deal on a new Silverado High Country. Billy McCutcheon demonstrated the truck's nearly endless features before we drove it off the lot. We are very pleased with the great deal on a new Chevy and a competitive price for a BMW trade. I guess that's what you'd expect from great place full of great people. Wood Motor Company delivered much more than just a vehicle. We will be going back there again.
